ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for the sale of determined products or services for current customers and identification of potential customers. Can respond for the analysis of needs, development, negotiation, sales, delivery, beyond of post-sales services for a group of customers. Promotes and keeps relationship with current and potential producers; keeps the customers informed about new products or services, prices, innovations, among others.; keeps the records and reports of all the activities of sales; identifies potential customers. Develop strategies which results in the gaining new clients through a close business relationship with the market producers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Responsible of complying with key financial and operational indicators of the business.

Establish and develop professional relations with producers. -
Represent the company in public activities. -
Maintain direct communications with producers, being the liaison between the producers and the agency. -
Identify and address Service needs. -
Analyze, evaluate and negotiates the terms and conditions of the accounts. -
Identify needs and opportunities and develop sales strategies. -
Advise the producers and does the marketing with the companies represented by the agency. -
Design and execute projects to achieve a loyalty relationship with the producers. -
Monitors the production efforts and proposes and executes adjustments. -
Provide resolution for issues identified. -
Provide technical support to the staff. -
Responsible to know the market trends to be able to offer competitive premiums and conditions. -
Report sales results on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual productivity reports. -
Perform any other task assigned to achieve company goals. -
Other tasks as assigned by the Management and that are essential.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Finance, Marketing) or Arts, Science, preferable with five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in the industry.
