Role Summary
- Responsible for all deliveries made by Business Unit across multiple accounts.
- Experience managing multiple Salesforce / SFDC project deliveries.
- Techno-Manager profile
- Collaborate with COE (Center of Excellence) team for Estimation and Innovation
- Collaborate and identify right resources for innovation hub.
- Collaborate with TA and HR to identify right set of candidates that could fit into JADE culture
- Participates in project specific reviews with clients.
- Ensure adequate offshore staffing for projects.
- Conducts internal reviews of projects.
- Ensure onshore collaboration leaders are in sync.
- Work with account team for mining and delivery
- Serve as a customer escalation point for all DU projects.
- Responsible for US/CANADA/MEXICO based employee satisfaction.
- Work closely with recruitment team to onboard talent
- Drive innovation within team
- Be up to speed on trends and encourage team to improve competency.
- Review estimates for bids.
- Engage with clients facilitating workshops to jointly develop understanding of their environment, synthesize findings, draw, and presents conclusions.
- Ability to think on alternate proposals, Define/understand client expectations.
- Develop and/or review Statements of Work and other contractual documents to ensure delivery excellence.
- Develop and manage BU cost estimation tools.
- Validate that closed contracts & change requests are fully processed.
