Pletra Technology India Private Limited is seeking a motivated and talented Salesforce intern to join our team. This internship opportunity will provide hands-on experience and the chance to develop skills in Salesforce administration, configuration, and support.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, data entry, and security settings.
· Support the configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
· Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system errors.
· Participate in the testing and deployment of Salesforce enhancements and updates.
· Assist in data migration and data quality initiatives within Salesforce.
· Contribute to documentation of Salesforce processes, procedures, and best practices.
· Stay updated with Salesforce features and updates, and propose innovative solutions to improve system efficiency.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. The candidate must graduate by 2021 or earlier.
· Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Basic knowledge of programming languages (such as Apex or JavaScript) is a plus.
