Full job description
GSD&M is looking for an Associate Search Campaign Manager (CM) who is responsible for the execution of hands-on-keyboard Search / PPC campaigns including creation, management, and optimizations.
They assist their supervisor in the execution of more complex campaigns and initiatives to help fully build upon their potential and gain experience in new areas. They are learning how to think strategically, by looking at trends, competitive data, client goals and objectives, and by having a good understanding of the strategic business needs of their client. They will receive mentorship, guidance, and direction on executing SEM campaigns which help build their client’s business.
Campaign Managers work closely with other departments in the agency to ensure that communication & collaboration is in constant flow. They are expected to oversee their campaigns, bring optimization insights, and support client-facing reporting.

What We’re Looking For
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, & optimize multiple Google Search campaigns to help drive leads ($100k – $3M).
- Attend regular meetings with team members to review results, make optimization recommendations and make necessary changes.
- Assist team by providing feedback/analysis of campaigns.
- Recommend opportunities based on client key performance indicators.
- Work with vendors to facilitate contracts and reporting.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of Search Experience
- Knowledge of or interest in Paid Search (PPC / SEM)
- Drive to learn and a keen eye for detail
- Logical and a data-driven mind
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
