Full job description

POSITION SUMMARY
IDs patrons as they pass through ID checkpoint, greets all patrons, informs guests of casino promotions and general information about the casino, and welcoming all patrons to the casino.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Checks identification at the ID posts to ensure all guests are at least 18 years of age.
• Answers questions about the casinos, directs guests to amenities.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
• Ensure the safe keeping of company information, including guest information
• Maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality in all actions and duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

MISCELLANEOUS

• Always maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude at all times.
• Have complete knowledge of all special events and promotional activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Must be 18.
• Ability to read simple instructions.
• Ability to use a telephone.
• Ability to work well with public.
• Excellent public relations/customer service skills.
• Able to maintain a professional manner.
• Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.

• Ability to solve problems.
• Ability to maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time.
