You will design, define and deliver the foundation for America's mobile applications, bridging the gap between business, product and IT.
In order, this work will include:
Help shape the vision for mobile apps, incorporating customer feedback, business goals and new mobile technologies
Partner with influencers to support third-party products, while ensuring the best mobile customer experience
Explore new mobile technologies to identify tools that solve customer problems and generate revenue
Conduct detailed analysis and development of business cases to ensure return on technology investment
Ideally, this role will include:
Provides regular service to stakeholders and executives on topics such as mobile platform development for target, new technology, customer feedback, and budget/expenses.
Provide and manage strategies that will provide the best experience for US customers
Focus on results: define goals and key results, then measure and revise to improve the product
Support the mobile team to ensure that services can be measured and platform goals are achieved
Collaborate and collaborate with IT, UX and research partners, to ensure that we build the right tools, create the best customer experience and measure results. Collaborate with IT architects and project managers to develop solutions that deliver rapid customer value while reducing ongoing operational costs.
Be part of a fast-paced team that oversees the development and implementation of new mobile devices. This includes participating in Agile practices: fashion design, reconfiguration, validation, and the use of Agile product management tools.

Minimum Qualifications - Education and previous work experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the e-commerce sector
Candidate Qualifications - Education and Previous Work Experience
Master in Business Administration
Mobile and travel/aviation experience
Experience working in a product-oriented, results-oriented environment that continuously improves the customer experience
Understanding of mobile application technology trends and differences between Android and iOS platforms
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Understand mobile app best practices and how these can be applied to drive customer engagement
A proven track record that delivers value-creating products
Well organized, able to multitask, able to take initiative with minimal direction
Communication skills, being able to present to senior management regularly and in a persuasive manner that emphasizes the important link between business and technology.
Trust and interpersonal skills create an environment of trust and support collaboration within and across product groups.
High level of intelligence and comfort and no confusion
Ability to develop and articulate product visions to diverse audiences
