Global Commercial Services (GCS) is a global leader in payment solutions for small, medium and large businesses. The Operational Excellence (OE) team works to ensure that GCS has a strong first line of defense, working proactively in supporting the growth of the business, achieving its goals and demonstrating existing management systems. effectiveness.
Our main focus at OE is the implementation of a successful US business practices program that includes improving sales practices at GCS by working with GCS sales managers, compliance, general counsel, peer support groups, resource management 2nd track and other partners to support and promote. the culture of winning in the right way. We are looking for a senior analyst to be part of our ethical risk analysis team for the content of our market-facing colleagues. This role is necessary to ensure the full responsiveness of our business processes/practices. This candidate will work closely with key partners such as Global Field Effectiveness (GFE), LOBCO, GCO and Sales Management/AD. This job is ideal for someone who has good interpersonal skills, who is hard working, organized, who has good verbal and written communication skills, and can handle multiple tasks at the same time. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 2 years of work experience. At least 1-2 years of experience in compliance research, legal or marketing work,
Compare results - track records of results obtained across multiple channels and strategies
Relationship builder and collaborator - confident and clear communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence business / SME leaders, and promote progress and decision making.
Operational Knowledge - Strong knowledge of key operational metrics, levers and various operational strategies and understanding of risk, management and compliance.
