We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Corporate Actions Team Lead . This role is open for Pune, MH location and it's currently a Hybrid work model .
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Ability to learn/understand/comply with SEC rule 15c3-3 (as this is a regulatory position)
- Prior experience with Stock Record/Takeoff reports (this is a plus).
- Good analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products, specifically M.S Excel.
- Able to work with Macros.
- Ability to Problem Solve.
- Must be comfortable with the shift time – 5 pm to 2 am (during day-light savings) and 6 pm to 3 am (during day light saving end period)
Education & Experience:
- Graduation or Post Graduation with 7+ years of work experience.
- Should be ready to take relevant FINRA certification as per process requirements.
