Wells Fargo is looking for a Senior Research and Design Strategy Specialist who can conduct and analyze user research studies relating to employee experience and behavior. The Principal User Experience Researcher will synthesize user research findings, recommend design solutions, and propose innovative product and experience design strategies to meet employee needs across ServiceNow, Workday, and other internal HR tools.
In this role, you:
- Provide usability design expertise and guidance to product managers, IT developers, content strategists and project leaders to ensure employee insights are fed into design strategies and solutions.
- Conduct, conduct and manage research studies with a global audience of end users
- Studies include, but are not limited to: usability testing, rapid iterative testing, ethnography, contextual research, peer reviews, individual interviews, observations, and/or focus groups.
- Use data analysis methods, both quantitative and qualitative techniques, to develop a holistic approach to understanding employee experience.
- Report findings and make UI designs and strategy suggestions based on user insights
- Create comprehensive investigative reports and summaries with visuals to properly convey user feedback, as well as recommendations to fix usability issues.
- Communicate research findings across the organization and drive exceptional digital experiences for all employees.
- Collaborate with the UX team in defining new search strategies and/or refine existing ones.
- You will understand how business rules work with employee experiences.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of website or app design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience designing, conducting, and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative research studies, through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
