Full Job Description:
Duties will include the following:
Accurate and timely execution of R2R quarterly closing events and subsequent reports for the EMEA region.
Manage team outings on quarterly, recurring events and manage deliverables/requests in a timely manner.
Detailed BS and P&L analysis for GCC management and regional finance teams
Preparation and submission of various statutory compliances for VAT/GST/WHT, if applicable
Provide quarterly reporting process to management and/or GCC finance team
Monthly review, preparation and distribution of analysis, limits, determination and assignment of restructuring if necessary.
Coordinate with auditors, finance teams and business teams to solve audit problems
Preparation of monthly / quarterly balance sheets, identification of potential risks
Support GCC management and the wider finance team in project work
Timely preparation of various work reports provides accurate feedback and follow-up of variances as required
Always ensures that the maintenance area is driven within current procedures with the aim of maintaining a high level of service provided.
Identification and implementation of maintenance/remedial measures for the area under the project
Responsible for ensuring financial control and compliance in the areas of free accounting and financial reporting
Preparation of relevant SOPs in the areas under responsibility for any new work undertaken and updating of SOPs in case of ongoing changes/updates.
Completing media activities on time as and when required
Develop and maintain good working relationships with local managers and other stakeholders
