Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

As a Senior Analyst, Reporting – Hyperscale you will have responsibility for end to end reporting activities across several JVs, focused on both internal deliverables as well as reporting to our JV partners, and will report to the Hyperscale Reporting Manager. This role requires a ‘can do’ attitude with motivation to put their own stamp on the processes and grow with it as the hyperscale strategy grows.

Responsibilities

• You manage the timely preparation of the monthly management reporting packs for a set of JV’s

• You assist in preparation of quarterly investor reporting packs across a set of JV’s

• You manage commercial fees calculation for a set of JVs

• Assist team as needed on month-end accounting activities

• Assist in the setting up of new JVs & new entity additions to the JVs

• Provide assistance to Treasury team on finalizing the bank reporting

• Work closely with Accounting, Treasury, Finance Operations and FP&A departments

• Continuously drive for improvement in quality and efficiency in new processes and systems to enhance the workflow of the team

• Work with an entrepreneurial team spirit

Accountabilities

• Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs

• Perform commercial fees calculation

• Performs flux analysis as well as ad hoc deliverables

• Work with upstream data owners and cross-functional teams to support reporting activities

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in Finance

• 5+ years’ experience working in Accounting/Financial control role

• Experience with either IFRS or US GAAP is ideal

• Strong communication skills – both in person and remotely

• Team player with entrepreneurial mindset

• San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $89,000 to $142,000 per year

• California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $82,000 to $130,000 per year

• Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $74,000 to $118,000 per year

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
