About the Role: We're a well funded stealth startup building a global NFT casting platform and looking for an experienced Full Stack Senior Software Developer who is self-motivated and has a passion for building high-quality, scalable web and mobile platforms. You would define and execute against our visionary product roadmap and be making forward thinking decisions on regular basis such as which libraries, tools, software architecture patterns, and best practices to implement. Primary Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor and scale full stack modern cloud-hosted applications. Use cutting edge technologies including but not limited to: AWS, React, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Typescript, PostgreSQL, HTML/CSS, scripting languages / CLI
- Build well-designed, reusable applications and libraries
- Collaborate with teammates to design, implement and test interactive, responsive, scalable and maintainable web applications
- Perform code and design reviews with other team members
- Create and maintain proper documentation for software projects and processes
- Gather technical requirements and create test cases
- Participate in Agile development methodologies
- Convey complex information in both written and oral form to technical and non-technical audiences
Core Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to troubleshoot code and perform root cause analysis on application issues
Technical Qualifications
- 2 - 4+ years of programming experience in React, JavaScript, and Node.js
- 2 - 4+ years of experience using relational database systems for coded applications
- 2 - 4+ years of experience on designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs
- 4 - 6+ years experience of working in an Agile software development environment with source control eg GitHub
