Netflix is hiring an HR Business Partner who will work closely with multiple executives on the Finance and Strategy team, especially those working on content and our company. The purpose of this role is to analyze, manage and influence the business as we grow to enable our team to produce amazing results. At Netflix, our culture shapes who we are and how we work. The Netflix Senior HRBP role is unique in that you will be responsible for decision making and organizational planning, compensation, employee development, talent recruitment, and much more. In this role, leading, demonstrating, defining and reshaping Netflix's culture is paramount. They will be the custodians of our culture, valuing different ideas and people, and training leaders to be competent, compassionate, knowledgeable and courageous in these endeavors. In addition to providing training to developing leaders and their incoming teams, this individual will need to have the ability to act across businesses and work with talent partners.
Increased awareness of business needs will ultimately lead to better relationships and the execution of larger initiatives.

Specializes in leading the implementation of talent management strategies at various levels: culture building, organizational development, talent management, inclusion and diversity.
