Define HR strategies to support assigned business lines by understanding corporate strategic goals and objectives; advise on the implementation of organizational change initiatives; assess the human resource impact of various initiatives; advise business leaders on human resources matters.
Promotes the implementation of practices, systems and programs related to the Company's employees by reviewing HR practices; analyzing and interpreting reports; develop action plans to address situations of non-compliance; conduct monitoring and evaluation; develop and deliver training programs and HR processes and procedures; and advising and counseling human resources and managers. Conducts the analysis and management of human resources and business data by collaborating with operational partners to identify, collect and analyze data; perform data analysis and cross-functional data; identify and escalate risks and concerns; interpret and compile data for reports and presentations; make recommendations based on data; transfer and use Share Point and other social media tools; create and manage reports, reporting tools and templates; and maintaining the security and confidentiality of information.
Manage and monitor compliance with federal, state and local government laws and company policies and procedures by following laws and regulations on ethics and general human service standards related to obtaining licenses and certifications; implement and monitor compliance of human resources; implement action plans to improve performance and reduce unacceptable knowledge; and lead the management team to ensure the confidentiality of assigned information, documents and records.
