We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our UCAN (US and Canada) value group. This role will be based in Los Angeles or Los Gatos.
The person performing this role will understand our Value Charter and how it supports and supports the Netflix culture. They will develop, lead and manage the benefits program, while developing and empowering our team of great colleagues. The successful candidate will be an excellent leader, strategic, empathetic, motivated, flexible, collaborative, organized and a good communicator. Services include:

He is responsible for the strategic direction, planning, planning, design, implementation, administration, renewal, and financial management of the plans and programs of all employees.
Keep track of sales practices and data, processes and requirements
Develop and maintain working relationships within Netflix (ie, finance, payroll, legal, etc.) to resolve critical issues.
Ability to align team needs with overall talent strategy and strategy. Coordinate with APAC, EMEA and LATAM Benefits Team Managers Regional Managers to ensure alignment with our global programs and global mandates.
Develop analytics and metrics around the benefits program to measure the success of our programs and make decisions.
An experienced communicator has the ability to translate confusion into a clear, concise and clear message.
Strong client management skills to oversee our relationships with various consultants and other vendors
