Join the Licensing and Licensing team to support licensing and licensing for the world's largest retailers! Sr. License Manager I, is a critical thinking leadership role that will lead the strategic work of a large team with high quality work products. Reporting to the Director - Licensing and Licensing, you will work with the New Licensing team, one of the Compliance Offices and our business partners to ensure we have an approved, effective and efficient program which meets the needs of the company.
Location: This position will be based out of Bentonville, AR (home office). Remote or hybrid options are not available for this service at this time.

Quality control and monitoring of leadership - Review, manage and improve US licensing and licensing programs, including equipment reviews, training, procedures, and reporting to maintain approximately 110,000 licenses and permits annually.
Develop strategies for future improvement - Identify short- and long-term compliance program strategies, demonstrating the ability to prioritize immediate needs and plans for continuous improvement and program change over time.
Create effective relationships - Build relationships with key stakeholders and effectively integrate with service provider organizations to provide program support.
Support business and organizational success - Support timely identification of compliance risks and implementation of effective mitigation strategies to enable successful implementation of business strategies.
Work with Expertise – Identify KPIs and KRIs that measure and monitor team performance and risk areas. Lead by example in KPI/KRI management, quality, presentation at all levels and personal and other development
