Responsibilities:
The Senior IT Contract Negotiations Manager will be work closely with the Director, IT Contracts & Vendor Management but will be expected to take an effective leadership role in all aspects of the negotiations and vendor management process. This position will interact with the information technology and procurement departments, plant operations, EHS and Quality Assurance, and other groups in negotiation of complex commercial IT agreements, as well as take an active role in M&A transactions.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assert a leading role in supplier negotiation sessions as a contract management/supplier management team lead
- Lead supplier selection process in partnership with holding and operating company stakeholders for software and IT services
- Conduct contract reviews for holding and operating company IT contracts, including contracts for software, hardware, SaaS, network, data center hosting services, consulting services and outsourcing
- Eliminate or mitigate supplier audit claims
- Negotiate technology contract license disputes
- Formulate and propose alternative contracting/licensing options
- Assist with M&A due diligence and integration of transactions
- Consolidation of contracts across entities while still enabling spin-offs and divestitures of operating companies
- Quantify impact of gaining or conceding various contract terms/sets of terms
- Deliver business team requests for supplier contracts and technology purchases in accordance with timeframes mandated by the needs of the business
- Prepare presentations about Post supplier data analytic measures for the Chief Information Officer
- Manage monthly reporting
- Utilize managing tools such as Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, and Tableau
This is a HYBRID Role. Work from home on Mondays and Fridays. In the office, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Four-year college degree required. Master’s degree desired.
- Minimum 10 years of experience working with IT contracts and other complex legal documents, including at least 5 years’ experience as a Lead IT Contract Negotiator for the enterprise
- 5+ years for all IT categories including data center, desktop/laptop hardware, servers, software licensing/maintenance, SaaS, and cloud computing
- 5+ years of experience in procurement of IT professional services, contractors and consulting services is also required
- Previous experience leading negotiations for Microsoft Enterprise Agreement
- Experience in leading complex negotiations and vendor relationships with mega vendors (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, etc.)
- Proven ability to work both independently with little supervision, as well as part of a team
- Excellent writing and oral presentation skills
- Comfortable with conflict and adept at problem resolution
- Proven, successful experience communicating and collaborating effectively across multiple corporate entities, both in the U.S and Internationally in support of overall corporate goals
- Ability to invent options (negotiation creativity)
