Full Job Description:
As a Senior Manager-Product Strategy & Planning, you will be attached to the business, working directly with the profit center management and the wider business organization to define long-term business plans. You will understand local needs and opportunities to develop, implement and activate revenue generating activities. You will also identify new market opportunities to deliver sustainable brand value and profitable growth. You will develop a critical approach, striving to improve our ability to create brands and assets in any profitable location with marketable ideas. You will report to the Director of Product Strategy and Planning
You will be:
Create and maintain strong relationships with the VP of Operations and Lines of Business, as well as regional support teams (e.g. finance, customer insights, marketing, pricing, finance management).
Develop new and incremental business opportunities by analyzing internal and external processes, conducting comprehensive market research to analyze the competitive landscape, hosting brainstorming sessions and frequent meetings. Collaborate with strategic partners and create sophisticated and compelling cases to gain senior management support.
Works across profit centers to identify and develop areas of use for new technologies, strategic lines of business (eg food & beverage, products) and other relevant efforts. Complete a sophisticated go-to-market / startup strategy through successful project management, partner influence and strategy.
Actively participate in or lead large discussion sessions, lead the discussion, make the discussion a catalyst and champion of the organization, and contribute to the key short and long-term factors will increase the website's success. Create a structured and shared understanding of the site's marketing pipeline by collaborating with the marketing planning department and key stakeholders.

10+ years of experience in business development, brand management, finance, marketing, innovation, strategy or digital product management.
Demonstrated leadership potential
Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in business development and product planning
Financial knowledge and analysis to lead sophisticated operations within the company's matrix, develop long-term plans and develop profitable strategies.
Experience in developing cost-effective, concise and effective processes using diverse and complex market-oriented information from operational sources.
Ability to build and maintain good relationships and influence at management level
Manage and implement best practices to ensure business results are achieved
Experience with P&Ls, annual operating plans, and data interpretation and reporting
