Niagara Conservation is a privately held, global distributing company with business interests in the U.S., Asia, and the Middle East. Niagara’s mission is to provide our customers with innovative conservation products that save water without sacrificing performance.
Summary: The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for managing agency and partner relationships as well as the PR Brand Strategy for Niagara and its affiliates. This is a full-time exempt position working Monday through Friday and some weekends when necessary.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as primary liaison between agency partners and marketing team to traffic and lead creative projects.
· Primary Point of contact for PR Agency leading biweekly strategy sessions
· Create editorial pitches and promote company for awards and recognition.
· Manage all print and online advertising for core business.
· Assist VP of Marketing with client requests when needed.
· Manage monthly metrics reports and present to VP of Marketing
· Conduct competitive analysis for business units quarterly.
· Find new lead opportunities through research and sponsorships.
· Oversee Marketing project list in Trello.
· Build sales presentations as needed.
· Work to create new content and case studies with existing customers to generate interest for the brand.
· Lead weekly marketing meetings to ensure projects are moving forward on time and under budget.
· This position will have direct reports in the future. Reports to the VP of Marketing.
· Other duties as assigned, position will evolve and change on a regular basis.
Education & Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, product management, project management, business or similar, preferred.
· 5+ years working in Marketing, PR, Advertising- Agency or Client Side
· 2+ years of team management experience
· Detail-oriented with extraordinary organizational and planning skills.
· Ability to multi-task and meet hard deadlines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
· Knowledge of In Design, Adobe Illustrator or comparable.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution.
· Willing to travel 10%.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
· Onsite duties may require bending, walking, or standing for an extended period.
· This is a non-teleworking position; this position is required to be in the office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
