The Senior Training Manager will develop new training plans, lead process improvement efforts and be an advocate for change. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and implementing training programs to support business lines and priorities, building strong and sustainable relationships with operations, ownership integration and maintenance of training programs and Disneyland Resort standards, evaluate the effectiveness of training for an hour and an hour. Cast member. This role will work closely with operations managers, experience optimization (EO), product optimization (PO) and the documentation team to design and implement training strategies to meet the company's business needs.

Develop training plans and implementation plans for key training needs, new business plans, major projects and tailgate items as required.
Lead and manage projects by collaborating with key stakeholders and handing over members. Lead and influence operational leaders to ensure compliance with all required training.
Collaborate with senior executives, EO and PO partners, design and implement integrated training programs to support business lines and priorities. Lead the coordination of key partners in the design of the training process to facilitate the development of inclusive strategies, making effective documents, tools and training delivery.
Promote and maintain leadership training programs. Be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of onboarding / transition plans for new leaders.
In this management role, you will provide day-to-day guidance and direction to the senior payroll, as well as the company and technical team.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience with responsibility for a direct report
Lead others effectively through change
Lead directly and indirectly at all levels
Collaboration and effective technical skills
Technical skills in Windows applications including Word, Power Point, Visio and Excel
Demonstrated knowledge of resort business needs and practices
Expertise in planning and solving problems
