What to do:
Transform ideas, business needs, research and creative vision into a compelling and clear digital journey and core product
Collaborate with product, research and engineering teams to develop requirements and understand the capabilities of solutions
Root ideas into data-driven solutions using our research methodology to embed ideas and principles with cards during the creative process
Become an avid cardholder
Create and manage relationships with internal partners
Connect and share ideas in a spirit of love
Eligibility
5+ years of web and mobile design experience
A clear and current understanding of UX design principles and the ability to apply and improve digital experience and UI design
Ability to prioritize work processes across multiple initiatives
Ability to communicate clearly with business partners, agencies and external stakeholders how design meets user and business objectives
Experience working closely with product and engineering in an agile environment
Skills in ideation, sketching, wireframing and user flow
