As a Senior Assurance Analyst, you are passionate about mobile gaming and eager to take on the next big challenge. You will help our team deliver a high quality game service experience to players. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive testing process, ensuring our mobile games meet and exceed the high standards expected by our partners. You will work closely with our design, development and production teams, focusing on developing and performing research to identify and solve problems. You'll also provide key features for testing for the external marketing team to ensure a smooth gaming experience for our users.
Main functions:
Take full responsibility for the assurance of great mobile gaming services
Create, execute and manage test cases to ensure all goals are met and our mobile games work as expected.
Follow the error identification and resolution process and confirm that the problem has been successfully resolved. Create a schedule or test plan based on workload or delivery date.
Participate in product design reviews to provide feedback on functionality, product design, schedule or potential issues. Provide feedback and advice to developers on software usability, availability and performance.
Collaborate with production and support teams to quickly identify and resolve issues. Set priorities and provide direction for external vendor testing teams
Skills and experience:
Demonstrated experience as a QA analyst or similar role in a gaming industry or relevant role (4+ years preferred).
Good knowledge of quality assurance systems and tools. Experience gained in designing and executing detailed test cases.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and communication skills.
Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) and related technologies. Experience working in a mobile game industry is a plus.
Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
