Good background:
7+ years leading qualitative and quantitative research supporting product development and business strategy (predominantly in an enterprise environment). Experience managing a rapid product research process to drive rapid product development.
Experience in industry research and enthusiasm for complex and highly structured work processes. Stories about building strong research practices in new areas and organizations.
Experience working with international and technical audiences. Verbal and written communication is effective in turning a complex multidisciplinary research report into an understandable, engaging and actionable message.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather data and information from a variety of sources. Experience or interest in the television and film industry. A plus if you have a working knowledge of the production life cycle. A degree in UX research, psychology, social science or a related field is a plus but not required.
Ability to travel to Los Angeles frequently to meet with stakeholders and open to international travel as needed.
