We are looking for an amazing software engineer to help build the computer vision platform that powers our AI products at Sam's Club. For example, our intelligent robots generate millions of photos every day and our computer vision solutions will help to determine when products are out of stock, where things are and if prices are incorrect. About the team: Computer Vision Team
The Computer Vision team develops AI and computer vision systems to enhance the experience of members and associates at Sam's Club. What to do:
Develop large-scale distributed software projects and solutions related to computer vision and commodity robots using Python, Java, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL, NoSQL, information and many other cloud services.
Collaborate with functional teams including engineering, product, and user experience to help define customer requirements and deliverables.
Use CI/CD tools and pipelines to automate all testing and deployment processes
Perform code reviews for other engineers
Mentor and develop other engineers
What to bring:
Cloud infrastructure specialist (Kubernetes)
Proficiency in Python or Java
Master's degree in 2 years of industrial design and software development
Bachelor's degree with more than 5 years of industry experience in software development
Experience applying machine learning and computer vision algorithms to various applications
Demonstrated expertise in architecting and deploying large-scale test automation solutions
Experience integrating E2E automated test cases into CI/CD pipelines
