At JLL Technologies, commercial real estate intersects with innovation to serve major health systems effectively in solving WHERE. Health systems are trending to a smaller, diversified commercial real estate portfolio. Our mission will be to enhance site selection through suitability and market optimization. We are eagerly seeking a Senior Developer to join us on a 9-month contract leading potentially to full-time employment. The focus: build an application for real estate brokers that leverages the ArcGIS JavaScript API, enabling insightful discussions on site suitability, including 3D visualization, trade optimization, compelling infographics and custom dashboard tools.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s/Master's in Computer Science or related field.
Strong JavaScript proficiency with front-end development experience. Python helpful.
Working knowledge of Arcade
Extensive experience and portfolio of work with ArcGIS JSAPI and an avid interest in 3D GIS.
Exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Job Duties:
Pioneer application development through agile processes. Cross-team collaboration with larger enterprise data teams, partner service providers and GIS teams.
Some data prep, sprinkling of data science.
Graphs, dashboards, infographics.
Implementing UI in collaboration with a Design team.
