As a Senior Sourcing Manager, Manufacturing, you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to deliver exceptional own brand/private label products to our guests by leveraging proximity, innovation and strategic supplier/factory partnerships across our US base. . While working in this newly formed team, you will demonstrate your entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility, growth mindset and ability to innovate to advance our world-class sourcing strategies and business partners. It will play a role in assessing and scaling manufacturing capabilities, implementing strategies that strengthen the nearby sourcing ecosystem. You will drive sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and critical needs of the relevant category, as well as use advanced negotiation skills to help Target achieve our value and financial plans. You will develop and manage a matrix of suppliers and manufacturing strategies that elevate productivity, increase profits, drive speed to market and meet sustainability commitments, through an optimized and streamlined nearby supplier base.

About you:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- More than 6 years relevant manufacturing experience
- Demonstrate leadership skills, including strategic thinking and conceptual thinking.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external partners globally to drive business results
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Strong analytical and financial skills to inform and influence decision making.
- Ability to prioritize among competing outcomes and to collaborate and influence a broad group of partners and stakeholders
