As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be the primary technical expert responsible for ensuring high availability of resources and optimizing system performance. You will use preventive and predictive maintenance systems, quickly resolve equipment failures, and quickly restore equipment to operations to keep the supply chain running smoothly. You will work with other Target engineers and partners to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the application and building design, continuous improvement and new implementation. You will act as an escalation support resource during crime incidents, ensure that appropriate training plans and procedures are implemented as part of root cause analysis, and you will quickly analyze the overall situation of property managed building materials. You will act as an expert who understands resource package optimization, process control logic, supports and trains effective troubleshooting techniques.
As a highly experienced subject matter expert, you will carefully monitor and maintain building projects, maintaining expertise in all areas of electrical, mechanical and appliance communication (MHE) ) on site, including transport systems, processing, robotics and automation. . Security and Recovery System (AS/RS). You will use diagnostic software and tools to collect and analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements for automated manufacturing.
You will conduct technical interviews for internal and external technical candidates, evaluate technical skills and capabilities, and train and manage in-house professionals. • Two or four year degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree / experience
• Available to work every day and every shift (working 24/7, including holidays)
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting industrial electrical systems, including 480V, 110VAC and 24VDC three-phase systems.
• Experience installing and maintaining multiple types of software and hardware
• Strong goal and problem solving and drive for results and ability to manage multiple projects in a team
