The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading the full cycle recruitment process, attracting top talent, and contributing to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies. This role is expected to partner with hiring managers to identify key characteristics, behaviors, experiences, and qualities that are required from a position and to identify qualified candidates for that position. They will also collaborate across the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team to design programs, systems, and processes that attract and identify top talent, create recruiting pipelines, identify new sources for talent, and foster an inclusive work environment.

Essential Job Functions
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Propose approaches and recommendations on recruiting tactics that align with the Coalition’s Talent Acquisition strategy and overall organizational goals using traditional and non-traditional resources.
- Partner with CCH Management to develop department and/or position specific recruitment strategies and develop action plans.
- Assist in managing candidate activity in ATS and follow up with Hiring Managers to assess the process and schedule recruiting assessments as needed.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking and relationship building.
- Responsible for maintaining external platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Diversity Jobs, CANPO, Handshake, etc. and collaborates with vendors/support teams to maintain excellent working relationships.
- Responsible for entering and reviewing employee information for ReHire and Fort Lyon Resident Work Crew Member Employees including E-Verify.
- Assist in the development, management, and presentation of all talent acquisition training materials, SOPs, and workbook guides.
- Work collaboratively and closely with internal teams such as Training and Development, Credentialing & Privileging, Data Team, etc. to ensure strong partnership and support process improvement.
- Responsible for the project management of specific tasks (such as system implementations) as assigned by HR Leadership.
- Conduct criminal background and Motor Vehicle Record screenings for prospective employees.
- Attend Hiring Events and Career Fairs for Talent Acquisition and company recognition.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists and HR Leadership in data analysis, KPI tracking, and team goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications Summary
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or related field preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for degree.
- Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role, with a focus on senior-level recruitment.
