Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair slot machines and related equipment
- Perform field service on slot machines at various locations
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with slot machines
- Install, upgrade, and configure computer hardware and software for slot machines
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to perform repairs and maintenance tasks
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment to perform repairs and adjustments
- Provide excellent customer service to casino staff and patrons
- Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a slot technician or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer networking and low voltage systems
- Proficiency in using hand tools for equipment repair
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with casino staff and patrons
