Fitness International, LLC, operator of the brand names LA Fitness, Esporta Fitness, City Sports Club, and Club Studio, is a leading fitness company dedicated to empowering people to live healthier, more active lives. We're seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to shape the voice of our brands and drive our organic social media presence.

The Opportunity:

This strategic role provides the exciting opportunity to own our entire organic social media domain. You'll spearhead campaigns designed to boost brand awareness, community engagement, and ultimately drive new memberships across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and other relevant platforms. You'll work closely with a dedicated content creator, our in-house creative team, and an external agency to execute impactful initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Visionary: Develop and execute cutting-edge social media strategies that propel our brand's mission and align with broader marketing initiatives. Lead data-driven decision-making to increase audience engagement and lead generation.
• Content Champion: Ideate and oversee the creation of original, high-quality social media content (text, images, and videos) that resonates with fitness enthusiasts. Inspire our audience through a motivating mix of workout tips, member success stories, and captivating visuals.
• Community Builder: Actively engage with our online community, responding thoughtfully to comments and reviews, fostering a sense of belonging, and providing excellent social customer service. Stay on top of social listening and brand reputation management.
• Insightful Analyst: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and report on performance to key stakeholders. Translate data into actionable insights that refine our social strategy.
• Collaborative Leader: Work across teams (marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure a consistent brand voice and cohesive messaging across social channels. Manage external agency partnerships to support creative needs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven Track Record: 5+ years of hands-on experience building successful social media programs, ideally in fitness, health, or lifestyle-related industries. Share a portfolio that showcases impactful campaigns and measurable results.
• Creative Enthusiast: A passion for fitness, compelling storytelling, and an eye for engaging visuals. Strong copywriting and organizational skills are essential.
• Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok) including best practices, emerging trends, organic growth strategies, and audience targeting.
• Data-Driven Marketer: Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools to measure and report on campaign effectiveness. Demonstrated ability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
• Team Player & Leader: Ability to collaborate effectively, inspire others, mentor a content creator, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
