As a Solutions Engineer, you will work with the team to develop new tools and processes that will shape how our growing team brings joy to our fans. Our team is small and you will have a lifetime impact of these new ways of working.
What to do:
Join Live Experience Managers to understand their challenges and improve their work processes in a rapidly changing industry. Analyze existing cross-functional processes such as vendor management, production and pipeline management, and financial planning to clearly define key issues and support opportunities based on business impact.
Have solution design and end-to-end integration of tools and systems for life experiences, with guidance from the Solution Manager. Conduct product research and find problems that can be solved with new tools and techniques.
Support the implementation and adoption of new systems and tools through seminars and training manuals, and through day-to-day feedback. What we want from you:
Strong desire and willingness to learn new technologies and businesses. A constant desire to innovate. Experience working with stakeholders and product teams to find inefficiencies and design solutions.
Interests and entertainment depend on the situation and the consumer product. Hands-on development experience with low-code tools such as Monday.com, Airtable, or Asana.
The ability to bring together partners for a common purpose and to collect and coordinate user feedback. Ability to build metrics and use/interpret data to analyze and make recommendations for business improvement (experience with SQL, pivot tables or pivot tables).
Experience in project and program management - managing and working in a multi-tasking environment.
