The Opportunity

The Sourcing Operations Associate reports into Sr. Manager of Sourcing Operations.

You will support the Senior Manager in maintaining reporting tools to guide internal team and vendor-based Measurements, actualize and analyze important metrics supporting the sourcing strategy and validating the execution of COGs-based savings initiatives.

Your Impact

• You will develop reporting tools to support the design, technical design and global sourcing function and maintain logic to evolve with the needs to the business.

• You will bring value in speed to market, resulting in improved AGM% and net sales increases.

• You will build and manage excel tools and communicate reporting requirements.

• You will Issue resolution and management of the escalation path to Sr. Manager Sourcing Operations.

• You will measure our goals to identify opportunities to optimize our performance.

• You will support the reporting and work with partners internally and externally to ensure data integrity in Flex PLM is sustained.

• You will support leader in partnering with Merchandising Training and FlexPLM to maximize operational efficiencies of Flex PLM.

• You will own the creation and testing of new reports with collaboration from related partners.

• You will support translating data into a structured and actionable analysis and deliver quarterly business reporting to teams and senior leaders that identify wins, opportunities, and roadblocks.

• You will collaborate with MicroStrategy and EDM teams to elevate the Ideal Sourcing Reports for improved user experience.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required (Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or Product Design preferred)
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in apparel merchandising, product development, sourcing, or business reporting/operations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MicroStrategy/Tableau experience preferred but not required
