This position is part of the Talent Experience Operations (TEO) team, which designs and operates systems and infrastructure to deliver exceptional employee experiences. Shared HR Professional Services will join our pioneering team in Manila! You will be the point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial inquiries to implementation, and you will partner with regional and regional talent teams to identify solutions and resolve staffing issues in a timely manner. You will need to be independent and proactive, with a customer service mindset and strong client management skills.
Functions:
You will support employees by being the first point of contact with information related to benefits, onboarding, compensation, etc. Ensure the accuracy of user data through system controls and user processes
You will contribute to programs that reach all employees, ensure they run smoothly, so employees can focus on the best work of their lives.

Help create, develop and manage the HR knowledge base for our employees. Assist with the screening, onboarding and performance of new employees (from pre-hire to on-boarding).
Eligibility:
2+ years of HR/shared work experience. Experience as a user of HR tools (Workday, Zendesk, Google Workplace).
