Accertify is a leading provider of fraud prevention, chargeback management, device intelligence and payment gateway solutions for customers in various industries worldwide. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team to assist our customers and manage their exposure to online credit card fraud.
Job duties include:
- Provide technical support and coordinate with our customers regarding our fraud, refund and payment method plans
-Resolve customer issues logging into our system. Verify the course of study. Customers are being contacted when the problem continues
-Develop and move commands in terms for fraud
-This the user of the customer's researcher
- Works in relationships and customers to identify new plans and plan for something
- Works with professionals in this area to determine and find out what makes it higher and travels in a pardon
-What Customer customers offer special services and ensure expectations pass
-This as a link between external customers and in the inside, including account management, performance and development team
