Full Job Description:
A member office specialist answers incoming calls from members and prospective members who have questions about their existing account(s) with Federal Credit Union partners or about potential new accounts. Provides world-class member services and uses analytical marketing techniques to provide additional products/services. Uses a variety of computer programs to view account information, perform transactions, and document changes to a member's account. Looking for a role that focuses on personal relationships with the goal of providing an exceptional team experience and loyalty
Functions:
Manage incoming phone calls and provide world-class team service:
Responsible for achieving and maintaining all Contact Center performance standards, goals and objectives. Provides products and services to meet the member's needs and provides reasonable solutions and options that will improve their financial situation.
Follow appropriate Federal Credit Union Partners policies and procedures when assisting members. Responds to member needs.
Key features:
Must be able to perform hybrid systems
Advanced typing. Ability to speak and type at the same time
General computer/hardware troubleshooting on operating systems, browsers and platforms used
Level of familiarity and comfort working with new and emerging technologies
Excellent customer service skills
Demonstrated written and communication skills; including telephone etiquette skills
Demonstrated teamwork skills
Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
Demonstrated ability to manage conflict resolution
