A Fortune 500 company seeks entry to mid-level Staff Account for full time opportunities. We are in need of professional and reliable individuals who can work both, independently or as part of a team, within a fast paced environment.
Staff Accountant
Responsibilities include:
- Applying customer payments and maintain A/R aging
- Sending out A/R invoices on a monthly basis and follow up with payment
- Process incoming & outgoing wires
- Prepare reconciliation of daily wires
- Provide assistance to management with special projects as needed
- Post entries to Oracle
- Post journal entries
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college AND
- 1-4 years of work experience (preferably within accounting)
- Efficient and detail-oriented
- Must be pro-active, self-starter and be able to multi-task
- Good communications skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel & Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
