This position is a member of Airport Hubs & Gateway within the Customer Experience department.
It is responsible for handling one or more of the following as a primary function:
Presence and acceptance
Distribution of equipment and supplies
Adjust salary
Organize and maintain job insurance with no delays
Managing the onboarding of new employees and transfers
What to do
This Executive Assistant will work closely with the DFW Attendance & Payroll 5 team
Performs a variety of clerical duties including: scheduling meetings, writing, booking, providing phone coverage, greeting and directing customers, mail management, ordering and distributing office supplies, processing P card payments, tracking dates study and organize travel and hotels.
Assists in the preparation of management presentations and special projects as required
Troubleshooting and troubleshooting office technology issues, including cell phones and cameras
Track and ensure that employees complete the on-boarding process, including access to the appropriate systems, insurance policies, mailboxes, uniforms, badges, fingerprints, training, etc. Assists in the planning, organization and execution of entertainment events (ie, Do Crew, luncheons, refreshments, grace events)
Management of employees' leave (medical, maternity, family), assistance to management for taking activities, boarding

Minimum Qualifications - Education and previous work experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous industry/newspaper experience
Candidate Qualifications - Education and Previous Work Experience
University degree preferred
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Knowledge of company policies, procedures and systems
Ability to prioritize work, be efficient and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to be self-motivated and strong organizational skills
Ability to understand the concepts and functionality of specific software and programs
