This position is an airport member within the customer experience department.
Responsible for performing a variety of office functions including: scheduling meetings, booking, booking, providing telephone coverage, greeting and directing customers, mail management, ordering and distributing office supplies, coordinating P card payments, track birthdays, and arrange travel and hotel accommodations. what to do
Assists in the preparation of management presentations and special projects as required
Manage, review and monitor all local invoices through InvoiceWorks and distribute as required
Troubleshooting and troubleshooting office technology issues, including cell phones and cameras
Track and ensure that employees complete the on-boarding process, including access to the appropriate systems, insurance policies, mailboxes, uniforms, badges, fingerprints, training, etc. Assist in the planning, organization and execution of entertainment events (v. events)
Manage payroll processing with Workbrain for management and support staff
Processes death notices and coordinates communications and local responses
Manages employee parking, including permits and duties, as required
Assistance with timekeeping, data entry, data verification, correction and filing
Maintains employee records as required
Prepares station meeting plan including monthly emergency response
Get and manage a variety of reports at different times, including performance, audits, expenses, engagement and employee recognition, etc.
Updates classroom requirements manuals and maintains all safety related materials
Acts as a basis for various payment services
Manages records for OSHA, safety, etc. (301, weekly and yearly) Assist in budget preparation and reconciliation, including monthly closing of fall payments.
Supports research projects as required
Track and determine the amount of incentives received
Collaborate with CRE / agencies and vendors to track local projects as needed
Leads/leads work with other support staff as required
Performs other duties as required
