Encourage flight attendants to deliver a superior flight experience to boost our Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Recognize flight attendants for their exceptional service, teamwork and performance
Help our flight attendants, at the concierge desk and resolve issues in a timely manner
Reflects United4's core values of providing local support and care to flight attendants during every aspect of the flight.
Supervises the work of the flight attendant team in accordance with the Collective Attendant Agreement
Conduct performance-related investigations, complaints, or other work-related matters
Keep our flight service team informed by sharing company plans and policy changes or procedures
Deliver delivery of new Inflight products as determined by the Flight Experience team
Ensure daily company goals, compliance and policies and procedures are met
Coordinate with customers and clients in the Operations Center (SOC) to ensure operational success
Ensure safety objectives and FAA requirements are met at all times
A team player, passionate about people and delivering exceptional service
Develop positive relationships between team members and other work groups to achieve our goals
Participate in flight briefings and work closely with flight attendants to ensure they have the tools and equipment necessary to perform their duties effectively.
Share customer feedback and resolve issues that may be limiting the crew's ability to provide listed services
