Main functions:
The Premium Operations Manager serves as the dedicated front-line manager in the field for the performance of United's premium product portfolio, including but not limited to limited to: United Clubs, Polaris Lounges, Global Services, VIP travel programs and tarmac. This position will be based at San Francisco International Airport. This management role will work closely with regional airport operations and vendor partners to effectively manage all aspects of operations including: scheduling of employees, maintaining office and office standards, office improvements, product and service integration, human resource management. , etc. In addition, the project will strive to promote continuous improvement across the United States' manufacturing operations with a focus on sustainability, identifying and implementing efficiencies and managing costs.
Manage the day-to-day operations of United's stockroom
Dedicated customer service team leaders in high-value spaces – adhering to United's core principles, values and goals – respond to challenges in real-time and provide remedial action when necessary.
Management of the needs related to employees, including: entry and qualification procedures, change management, job management (training, counseling, meeting standards, social housing, etc.), understanding and respecting all collective agreements.
Manages daily execution through third party service partners of food and beverage, fashion and other contracted services.
Liaise with third party vendor leaders on performance issues and support the overall performance management process, including objective reviews and compliance with service level agreements.
Assist the regional manager in designing, implementing and measuring progress against action plans to maintain or improve customer satisfaction performance and make positive changes.
Ensure that preventative maintenance and repairs for bathrooms and other work areas are completed and properly documented
Full report and/or summary of work; provide instructions and updates to management, support staff and non-management staff
