Our flight maintenance supervisor supports Southwest employees, works from our hangar or on the airport, and performs a variety of ground operations to ensure operations good and convenient for our customers inside and outside. They work in a dynamic, dynamic and safe environment to support our employees in providing high quality and timely work. The aircraft maintenance manager is highly detailed and committed to maintaining the world's largest Boeing 737 fleet.
Other details:
Services support all South West operating hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays. No US or current authorization to work in the United States is required and no current or future work authorization is available.

Work
Work closely with supervisors and other management to achieve departmental parameters and goals
Set clear expectations on tasks and daily routines
Communicate changes to their employees and procedures
Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures set forth in the Southwest Technical Service Manual
Ensure that all work performed during the assigned shift is in accordance with approved maintenance procedures
Ensure that the repair documentation of the work carried out is entered into the computer database before the aircraft departs
Review service packages to ensure they are complete and correct before returning all aircraft to service
Ensure all installed fixtures have required parts and service hours are logged
Integrate aircraft performance requirements with all relevant departments of the company, particularly through maintenance management, to inform the current state of aircraft design.
May perform other duties as assigned by senior staff
