What You'll Do: Picture yourself as the captain of our glass fabrication ship. You'll lead a talented crew through the ins and outs of the fabrication process, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing production, keeping an eye on quality, and ensuring everyone stays safe and sound. You will be operating and overseeing brand new, state-of-the-art equipment from European manufacturers.
