Compensation and Benefits
Pay $32.32 to $32.32 per hour*, depending on qualifications and experience. Possibility of overtime and exchange rate. For qualified leadership roles and contributors, additional funding opportunities are available and will be provided at the company's discretion.

Our Customer Service Managers manage and train the sales staff, staff and Skycaps at our resorts. This role interacts with many people to ensure the completion of the work of various land projects with safety as a priority. The Customer Service Manager serves as a leader by overseeing and providing guidance, ensuring safety and compliance procedures are followed, and reading and sending messages to provide necessary updates. Customer Service Managers move seamlessly from job to job as needed and are good thinkers and good communicators while leading and support one.
Other details:
Duties that include shifts are assigned based on rank. Shifts may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
