As a sr – BAC Systems Analyst, you will:
Lead technology operations and sales operations for the Starbucks Digital Solutions platform in LAC, ensuring excellent customer service is provided. Solution :
Support project initiation efforts by assisting in defining project scope and target solution(s) features/options. Assists project management in developing work plans, effort plans and delivery schedules. Collect, analyze and document solution requirements. Facilitates the creation of user reports and backups in an agile delivery environment. Uses LEAN methodology to develop business process strategies and improve efficiency through process redesign efforts.
Creates solution plans using a user-centered design process. Connect with business, development, and team to test and optimize the necessary processes and technology to deliver the best solution option(s) that provide the required business capabilities.
Effectively identifies and evaluates opportunities for improvement (productivity/efficiency, cost savings, etc.)
Uses agile delivery methods and participates with Scrum teams in the execution of solution delivery projects. Considers the user experience of technology in the conceptualization of engaging solutions.
Implements a service-oriented service organization (SOA) strategy. System Setup and Testing:
Performs application design (i.e. creating features, functionality, and user interface changes) in support of solution delivery plans.
Partners with development teams in agile design / development of custom solutions. Perform code reviews as required.
Defines and develops methods for data conversion. Performs extraction, loading and verification of translated data.
Supports solution testing efforts by creating test plans, preparing test environments, performing tests, and validating test results. Production process:
