Summary:

This position will be located in our facility in Etters, Pennsylvania, and will be responsible for the coordination of recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, identifying, screening, scheduling interviews and managing the offer process. The position will ensure staffing needs are met, managing the lifecycle of the recruitment process and implementing a proactive approach to finding candidates. This role is responsible for partnering with external entities to include colleges, trade schools, workforce development organizations and social media to attract the right talent for our available opportunities while making sure the candidate experience aligns with our core values.Some domestic travel will be required to visit other Amphenol locations as well as toattend job and career fairs to source talent and establish and maintain the employer brand.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for all professional level roles

Pro-actively manage requisitions within the group and ensure there is a robust talent pool to select from

Develop and maintain effective partnerships internally with the leadership team

Ensure that during the recruitment process, the organization stands out as an employer of choice

Collaborates with hiring department management to create detailed and accurate job descriptions

Review resumes, schedule phone screens and interviews with hiring managers, provide recommendations to hiring managers as needed

Monitor the candidate pool, recommending other resources to ensure job postings are attracting adequate candidates

Collaborate with the hiring managers and human resource staff during the offer process, identifying salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details

Work to ensure diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree inBusiness, HR Management or a related field

3+ years current experience in professional level talent acquisition; PHR and/or CSP certificationdesirable

A mixture of Agency and Corporate recruitment experience is preferable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) programs

Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics

Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Proficiency with applicant-tracking software required
