We are looking for a Recruiter to oversee and manage the full life cycle recruitment of top tier talent for our company and dealerships. This position will determine hiring needs, develop job postings and ads, identify best recruiting methods, and effectively implement recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent – all while providing an outstanding candidate experience.

- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Manage an outstanding and efficient candidate process and experience.
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Manages the job posting and advertisement materials and processes.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Manages the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Supports the onboarding team to ensure that new employees become fully integrated.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Will need to travel to various dealerships across Southern California.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
- At least five years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring processes.
- Automotive industry experience a plus.
- HR or talent acquisition/recruiting certification a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
- Current and thorough knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
