We are looking for Team Leaders or Specialists who have experience in team handling and have worked in BPO, KPO, or international campaigns with a minimum of 5 years of experience and 1-2 years as Team Leaders for Backend operation/Non voice process.

Work Location: ReSource Pro Operational Solutions Private Limited | Karle Town, adjacent to Manyatha Tech Park, Nagawara, Bengaluru
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working from Office)
Shifts: Regular and Night Shift
Compensation: Best in the industry (based on interview feedback)
Notice Period: Immediate joiners (notice buyout and relocation support provided)
