Full Job Description:
A good Teamwear member can work independently, as well as in a team environment. The Teamwear team is part of a larger team responsible for ensuring that our company's customers (our Tesla employees) are happy and at work. As workplace partners, we ensure that their companies' needs are met so that they can work to facilitate the global transition to sustainable energy.
The successful Teamwear candidate will be meticulous about personal hygiene while maintaining a clean, organized and tidy Teamwear area. This position is physically demanding, requires the ability to prioritize tasks and accepts urgent requests for all plant staff.
What to do
Keep the Teamwear environment clean. Order a piece of clothing and manage casual wear.
Keep a good supply of uniforms. Keep the work area and shelves clean and tidy, including cleaning cloth storage.
Receive group uniforms from the port and transport them to group uniform storage facilities, including Conex, using a pallet truck or walker. Works both indoors and outdoors.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness when fulfilling Teamwear rules. Communicates with management to ensure optimal performance.
Other duties as assigned.
What to bring
Previous experience in team wear and customer service in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Data entry experience. Must be comfortable with modern technology.
Working knowledge of the Wrike system is invaluable. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Organizational and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and flexibility and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work quickly while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail. Ability to lift 50 lbs. every day. Ability to wear PPE: safety glasses, clothing, boots and hard hat.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks including climbing stairs and standing for long periods of time, lifting, bending, bending, walking, etc. Walkie certification and experience preferred.
Commitment to follow specific safety rules and guidelines. Must be able to speak English fluently, both written and spoken.
