We're looking for a talented and experienced tech artist (with a focus on animation) to bring the heroes, villains, creatures, and environments to life for a new R&D game project. Leveraging your technical and artistic skills combined with a deep understanding of traditional and 3D animation techniques, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of artists, designers and engineers to create a satisfying moment-to-moment game.

Includes accountability
- Work with the art and creative director to build sophisticated teams of characters, objects, and environments for prototyping and production.
- Build and maintain a smooth animation pipeline, leveraging troubleshooting best practices for fast iterations and (eventually) production
- Provide platforms and animations for rapid prototyping and initial visualization activities.
- Helps record, process and integrate mocap data
- Evaluate new and emerging technologies like Cascadeur, AI Mocap, etc. and integrate them into workflows as needed.
- Work with game designers to understand and meet the needs of the game.
- Collaborate with your teammates by providing and receiving creative/team feedback
The ideal candidate
- More than 3 years as a tech artist
- You worked in a prototyping environment.
- He has presented multiple games in an animator/rigger role
- Has experience with current 3D content creation software packages
- Able to contribute in Unreal
- Familiar with the limitations of cross-platform targeting: mobile, PC, console
- Use excellent critical thinking skills to translate game needs into animations that work within specific game contexts.
