  • Job Description We are seeking a talented Technical Content Writer to join our team. As a Technical Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating long-form articles tailored to the needs of our university clients. Your primary goal will be to produce high-quality, informative, and engaging content that highlights the technical aspects of various subjects, programs, and research initiatives offered by our client universities. Responsibilities: Writing about coding and scripting languages/tools, such as C++, Python, Excel, DBMS, SQL, Java, etc. Working and experimenting with code samples to better understand the needs of API consumers. Incorporating visuals, such as infographics, diagrams, and screenshots, to enhance understanding and improve the visual appeal of documentation. Writing articles and tutorials targeting technical audiences i.e. developers and programmers. Working closely with the SEO team to align keywords and best practices. Grasping complex technical. concepts quickly and translating them into understandable content for diverse user audiences. Developing technical documentation, including tutorials, guides, release notes, API documentation, and online help, that meets the needs of various user audiences. Planning, developing, organizing, writing, and editing operational procedures and manuals. Creating and building out a Knowledge Base, including how-to guides, FAQs, and Help sections. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or similar field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in technical writing, particularly in the education sector. Excellent research skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible content. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines,
